2nd Annual Day: Our youngest ones leave the nest!
The auditorium at Ipsaa echoed with excitement as we celebrated our Second Annual Day on the 19th of March. The event began with a hearty welcoming of the guests and the lighting of the lamp to invoke the blessing of the lord. The ceremony was graced by the encouraging presence of our chief guests Mr. K B Kumar and Mrs. Madhu Suri from Shri Ram Education Trust. The first performance was a sublime rendition of the Ipsaa prayer Aham Brahamasmi by our little ones at Sincerity. The prayers were followed by an energetic warm up routine called ‘Let’s get fit’ and the ‘Nature Freeze’ dance with the assistance of our partners KOOH Sports.
The event had a myriad of performances that explored various themes and showcased the talents of children of all age groups. With theatre performances of “Prahlad”, “For the Love of a Cat”, and “Chhoti Laal Murgi”, the children portrayed their acting prowess. Malcolm sir and his minstrels enchanted the occasion with classic melodies from The Sound of Music and also sang the farewell song to wish their graduating friends the very best for their future. The Goan folk dance performed by the Perfection group injected energy into the atmosphere. Sincerity group enacted the age old story “Tale of The Gingerbread Man”, with fresh enthusiasm.
The graduation ceremony of the Pre- School children was a moment of pride and joy for the parents of the young geniuses. The little achievers were felicitated with handcrafted graduation caps and medals by the chief guests as they were cheered on with unceasing applause from the audience.
Mrs. Madhu Suri addressed the gathering with kind words of congratulations and encouragement. She praised the unwavering patience of the staff and mentors who worked tirelessly with the kids to make the event the resounding success that it was. Dr. Kumar shared some inspiring words. He spoke of the environment provided here at Ipsaa which is sure to hone the next Einstein or Tagore.
