Ipsaa Bliss Programme has been created as one that recognizes the rhythm of duality around a child, as 2.6 to 3 years is a special age when a child emerges as an individual but yet is dependent on adults . It is also the sensitive period as a child absorbs from the immediate surroundings and adds to it her-his basic swabhav.
The program is aimed at awakening, in each child, all 5 windows of learning–visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory and kinesthetic, through daily timelines of exposure with Sri Aurobindo’s second principle of beginning “from the near to the far”. The physical and emotional ambience of the Bliss Programme is keeping in mind holistic development of the child.
Our underlying emphasis is on building an emotional base for these primary years. The curriculum and routine involves instilling in each child an early understanding and internal rhythm for:
- Music and Movement
- Physical Education
- Cognitive Ability
Our day care at this stage goes beyond a play school as we expose the child to Early Child Care and Education
In our environment ‘care’ comes first and education becomes a bi-product. We do this a step before formal schooling
