United in the Spirit of Celebration
The annual celebration of Patriotism is an important event for all educational institutions. The inculcation of the belief in the ideals of freedom and the strength of unity in children are crucial to their development into responsible citizens. We at Ipsaa understand and acknowledge the value of the patriotic spirit and thus organized a show where our children could express their patriotic fervor.
On the evening of the 13th of August, the Ipsaa Auditorium hosted performances by *insert number of children participating* little grand maestros who marveled the audience comprising of parents and teachers with their talent.
The event began with the little ones presenting their rendition of Vande Mantaram which was followed by the familiar symphony of Ekla Chalo Re. Then the children sang the old favorite ‘Pack up Your Troubles’ and left everyone humming and tapping their foot. The next performance was a Dance Drama inspired by the iconic ‘Ek Chidiya, Anek Chidiya’, a beautifully simple song about the strength in unity. “It was great fun singing along and seeing the children so enthusiastic about Independence Day!” said Mrs. Parul Shrivastava, mother of Shourya Shrivastava.
At the end of the show, the audience and performers helped themselves to some Desi Ladoos and Chai as they shared a sense of pride for their nation
