Our Story
Ipsaa began with a simple belief: care should feel like coming home. In a world of packed schedules and changing family dynamics, we wanted to create something steady, joyful, and full of meaning. A place where children are not rushed or compared, but understood. A space that doesn’t just watch over them, but watches them grow.
Why We Exist
Most early learning environments focus only on instruction and outcomes. But children need something deeper. They need rhythm, calm, and the freedom to be themselves. At Ipsaa, we adopt a holistic approach to nurture our children and help them belong. Because learning begins with belonging.
We start with rhythm
Play is how we learn
We observe before we act
Care is in the details
Safety is physical and emotional
Our People
Our mentor-mums bring more than training. They bring lived experience, emotional intelligence, and quiet confidence. They cherish the calm, laugh at the little moments, and stay steady through the rhythms of the day. Supporting them is a team of curriculum experts who have helped shape each programme with care and insight.
Kanchan began her career in finance but found deeper purpose in building systems of care. With an experience of over 30 years in finance and social development, she has helped shape Ipsaa as a space that supports both working parents and thriving children. Her leadership is steady, thoughtful, and rooted in the belief that good care can transform families and futures.

Ronit is a builder; of networks, teams, and systems that last. He works on the growth side of the business, but doesn’t just chase scale. His instinct is to expand carefully, to find the right partners, and to make sure new families experience the same trust Ipsaa was built on. His work often happens behind the scenes, but it shapes everything out front.

Arti’s perspective comes from time spent with real children, not just lesson plans. With years spent working directly with children, she brings grounded insight into how little ones think, feel, and grow. At Ipsaa, she supports teachers and parents alike, creating calm, responsive spaces where curiosity thrives. Arti leads with warmth, and a deep respect for each child’s pace.
